Fire Door
Not only can Lotspeich supply and install your doors, but we can certify or re-certify them in accordance with Florida Building Code standards. We operate as a one-stop-shop, working with you to alleviate safety concerns and avoid costly fines, while putting you at ease, knowing the doors in your building comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Lotspeich has a certified Fire Door and Egress Door Assembly Inspector on staff, enabling us to conduct fire door certifications and re-certifications. LCF staff member John DePotter is certified by the Door and Hardware Institute (DHI) to conduct annual fire door inspections. He is likewise authorized to re-certify doors under the auspices of the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI).
